The September 19th workshop was a great success and  many have requested another workshop. I decided
to offer a little something different and new this time!


This workshop will cover FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS (moving through life with grace and without injury) and
also NUTRITION.

This workshop is for ALL LEVELS.  Danielle will share hints and tips to help you stay healthy, lose weight and
reach your goals.
   



Please make sure to reserve your spot in the workshop!  Danielle is only allowing 16 people in the workshop
and space is filling up!


A minimum donation of $20 is greatly appreciated.



The first half of the workshop will cover functional movements.  That means how to do everyday things
and movements without getting injured.  We will learn a lot about posture and spinal health, how to fall
correctly, how to move and pick things up. We will
work on spinal alignment and detox postures as well.  

The second half will cover nutrition.  Please bring a healthy snack/dish/salad along with the recipe.
We will have a recipe swap and try all the foods.

Also, all participating will need to write down everything they eat for one week so we can analyze and
make changes.

Danielle will be handing out menu's, snack lists, and meal plans.  Please come hungry and ready to learn!
