Physical inactivity is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease, and most Americans are not physically active enough to gain any health benefits.  Yoga, fitness classes, cycling, jogging, skiing, aerobic dancing, walking and many other activities can help your heart. It is never too late to get started!

$6.00 to $10.00 a class is optimal, and greatly appreciated. If you are unable to donate this amount, please do not let it stop you from attending her classes.
